Returns for purchases will be accepted when you return the product by post.
We are happy to make a refund, which will be sent to the original payment method used when you made your purchase. Refunds will be sent within 14 days from when we receive the returned product.
We are not able to refund postage charges unless your item is damaged or faulty or when you received it. If damage or faults occur outside of fair usage, we cannot offer a refund for your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for online purchases. If you would like to exchange your product, please return your item/s to us by post and place a new order.
How to make a return:
